Membership Information

Becoming a member of PIAS is very inexpensive and is rewarded with numerous benefits:

  • Monthly Peligram Newsletter.
  • Access to our local PIAS Nature Library where you can take out books or stop by to look up information at our office at 200 9th Street S.E., (Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory, Oslo Road).
  • Monthly field trip offerings either free or minimal cost including canoe trips, turtle walks, and guided tours of some of Florida’s Beautiful Parks and Reserves.
  • Seasonal monthly meetings to meet and greet other members of our society while listening to fascinating environmental speakers (watch your Peligram or this web site for information).
  • Canoe rental available for $5.00 per person to PIAS Members!
