| The nest seen from street level is not much to look at. A better view is from a third-story window in the Courthouse that looks right into the nest. | The nest has an exclusive view looking over the treetops toward St. Helen Catholic Church and the westbound lanes of Route 60. |

May 19, 2008 - The nest sits cozily in the crown of the palm tree and appears quite secure. The birds are partially shaded from the sun along with being camouflaged from the view of any predators passing overhead. Here the four nestlings huddle together waiting for their parents to return with food. |
